Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records: 1. Emails — Copies of all emails sent from or received by Simon Harris, in his capacity as Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs, using his official government email account or any other account or device where the emails relate to official government business. • Timeframe: 01/01/2025 to present. 2. Official Work Phone Call Logs — Copies of call log records (including date, time, duration, and number dialled/received) from Simon Harris’s official government-issued mobile phone or any government-issued landline used for official duties, where the calls relate to official business. • Timeframe: 01/01/2025 I am requesting only records that qualify as being held by the Department in the course of Simon’s official duties. I am not seeking: • Personal communications, • Constituency or political party matters, or • Records unrelated to official government business.
