As the appointed liquidatorof"A named Company", they are seeking the following records in relation the work the company was engaged in as a “novated contractor” by BAM construction in the building project for the Detention Facility at Lusk, Co. Dublin. a. Any notices issued by the Employer taking over any part of the works before Substantial Completion of the Works or any Section including the part; b. Certificate of Substantial Completion of the Works c. Employer’s Representative response to the payment claim notice, in the form of a certificate, for each valuation, including any substantiation to the same; d. Any claims by the Employer for the payment of liquidated damages including any calculation for the same; e. Copies of any Employer’s Claims notices which have been issued to the contractor, where the Employer or Employer’s Representative considers that, under the Contract, there should be a reduction of the Contract Sum., including detail or the event or circumstances giving rise to the notice, and all relevant facts, and a calculation, and a proposal based on that calculation of any adjustment to be made to the Contract Sum or any amount due by the Contractor to the Employer. f. Any Contractors Response to the Employer’s Claim Notices g. Specifically relating to works carried out by or on behalf of Precision Electric (Ireland) Ltd. a. Details of any contractors claims b. Details of any Employer’s representative’s determination. c. Details of any adjustments to the Contract sum for any Compensation Events.
