On December 19th, 2016 An Bord Pleanála granted planning permission to Eirgrid for the construction of the North South Interconnector project (PL02.VA0017. Conditions of that planning permission require Meath County Council to agree certain aspects of the proposed development. Please forward by email to padraigoreilly10@gmail.com the following information: 1. Records which describe any and all correspondence to and/or from the Meath County Council regarding the planning permission granted to Eirgrid for the North-South Interconnector, including but not limited to, correspondence to or from: (i) Eirgrid plc, (ii) The Electricity Supply Board, (iii) ESB Networks, (iv) ESB Networks Limited, (v) An Bord Pleanala 2. Records which describe any and all correspondence to and/or from the Meath County Council regarding compliance with conditions of the permission granted to Eirgrid for the North-South Interconnector, including but not limited to, correspondence to or from: (i) Eirgrid plc, (ii) The Electricity Supply Board, (iii) ESB Networks, (iv) ESB Networks Limited, (v) An Bord Pleanala 3. Records of any and all meetings or discussions attended by Meath County Council representatives regarding the North South Interconnector project, including but not limited to, meetings and/or discussions with (i) Eirgrid; (ii) the Electricity Supply Board; (ii) ESB Networks (iv) ESB Networks Limited and (v) internal meetings or discussions. 4. Records regarding any legal advice sought or received by Meath County Council regarding the planning permission granted to Eirgrid for the North-South Interconnector project (PL02.VA0017) including, but not limited to, legal advice regarding the agreement of conditions of the permission with Meath County Council.
