Copies of the following documents containing the following information] be provided: records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to the identification of any sites in the Council area that have imposed fines on the cutting of Japanese knotweed in the last 12 months. I also request all records, including emails, correspondence, minutes of meetings and any other relevant documents, relating to discussions with the Department of Environment on how many of the fines imposed have been unpaid by the offending party in the last 12 months.
