To whom it my concern I Anthony Smyth wants to apply for ( FOI) file of why I am been refused a transfer from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom by law this information can not be refused I would like this information because I have been left with no choice but to contact the papers and radio station with my case as I am helping out the housing crisis by willing to downsize house and am been refused where me giving up a bigger house could help another familys out with more family members I have gave in plenty of medical information of why I have to be moved you have all my information as I have stated you were offering houses out to people trying to get them to downsize I have offered you back a bigger house to downsize and have been refused
