Please provide copies of all documents and information held that was created on and from 1 January 2021 in relation to (a) considerations of compliance of the TEG Procurements with the Legislation in respect of state aid by the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (“DECC”), the Commission for Regulation of Utilities (“CRU”), EirGrid plc (“EirGrid”) and/or the European Commission, and (b) any notifications to the European Commission and/or approval of the TEG Procurements by the European Commission under the Legislation, including but not limited to: (i) any recommendations and decisions by DECC, the CRU, EirGrid and/or the European Commission; (ii) any correspondence, such as email and letter exchanges, as between DECC, the CRU, EirGrid and/or the European Commission; and (iii) any meeting invitations, agendas, presentations and minutes.
