The ongoing negotiations on the proposals to relocate the National Maternity Hospital to the St.Vincents “Elm Park” site. 2. Details of the proposed ownership structure of the new National Maternity Hospital. 3. Details of any lease, licence or rental arrangement relating to the site or buildings of the proposed new National Maternity Hospital. 4. The establishment of a new company called the “National Maternity Hospital at Elm Park” (DAC).
