I request access to records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by The Department of Finance dated between March 1, 2019 and the date of this letter. My request relates to correspondence with Cairn Homes officials and representatives. I request access to: • A record of correspondence, including but not limited to letters, emails, briefing documents, draft briefing documents, reports, draft reports, memos and text messages between Cairn Homes and Minister Paschal Donohoe. • A record of meetings between Cairn Homes and Minister Paschal Donohoe. This should include correspondence about meetings, meeting notes, draft meeting notes, and similar documents. • A record of correspondence, including but not limited to letters, emails, briefing documents, draft briefing documents, reports, draft reports, memos and text messages between Cairn Homes and the Department’s Special Advisor Ed Brophy.
