Request for records of conversations, notes of meetings, letters and emails in relation to TII's decision to retain a VAT rebate, relating to the M50 motorway and any other tolls as applicable, payable as a result of the European Court decision on the charging of VAT on toll charges. This request relates to TII's publication of its decision to retain this charge and notes of discussions, emails and letters relating to publicity surrounding this decision.
