All communications between the Dept (including agents acting on behalf of the Dept) and a private company (including subsidiaries/agents or others acting on their behalf ) in relation to a property from 01/06/2023 to date 27/08/2024. A private company are the owners of the site and surrounding lands. The scope of the request is to include all meeting minutes, emails, letters, reports, memo's and any other information. My enquiry relates to IPAS only.
