1) a list of meetings or written correspondence since 1 January 2012 between staff or ministers of the Department of Finance and private parties (private individuals, companies, non-governmental organisations or other private bodies) in which a potential Ireland/Ghana double taxation treaty was discussed, or the negotiation of this treaty were discussed. I understand that the *content* of these meetings or correspondence, and in particular any content relating to discussions between the governments of Ghana and Ireland, is likely to be exempted from release on grounds of protecting Ireland's international relations. I am therefore only seeking a list of the meetings and correspondence. For each item, I would be grateful to receive the date of the meeting or correspondence, the job title(s) of the Department of Finance staff involved, and the job titles and organisational name of the private parties involved. 2) The date at which negotiations for the Ireland/Ghana double taxation agreement commenced.
