Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

I wish to request records and correspondence between DPER and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions; DPER the Dept of the Taoiseach and DPER and the Dept of Justice on the subject of restoration of the FEMPI cuts (including but not limited to correspondence on this issue, submissions made for reversal of the cuts and records of DPER’s position on not restoring the cuts to date). The timeframe for this request is 1st June 2021 to the present.
