A copy of all emails sent by and received by the press_office@health.gov.ie address that relate to the advice and documents created or circulated during the period December 01, 2023 and December 31, 2023 in connection with advice referenced by Minister Stephen Donnelly in an interview he had with RTE's Brian Dobson on December 21. In that interview, he said he had received "advice" over 21 baby deaths that the Irish Examiner had published on December 18. The minister said: “The advice I have over the 21 baby deaths where there was a coroner’s inquest is that there has been no trend identified in terms of baby heart monitoring.”
