Copies of any records relating to payments, other than standard salary or routine travel and subsistence expenses, made to assistant secretaries in the Houses of the Oireachtas Service in period since 5 August 2013. This should include, but is not limited, to the following records: - any record in which any person or persons applied for or requested any type of additional payment (to include bonus payments, higher duties allowances, extra attendance allowances, performance payments or any other payment in the nature of a supplement to standard salary) - any record in which any person considered or assessed the merit of, or made a recommendation for or against such a payment, or a portion of such a payment. - any record in which any person identified alternative methods of payment which would achieve the same, or a similar, result, to a payment sought at item 1 above. - any record which relates in any way, or is similar, to any of the records described above, but which on a technical interpretation might not perfectly match the type of record described but would achieve the same aim as outlined above.
