Confirmation that all Omnibus/City/Stand Up buses that are used outside of the metropolitan district of Limerick, are fitted with a Road Speed Limiter [RSL] and is set at a maximum speed limit of 65kph. 3. Please provide information for the Bus Eireann double decker omnibus with registration 182-L-15, Road Speed Limiter if installed. Please provide information on what the maximum speed limit is set to on this vehicle. 4. Please provide information on the number of children registered on the School Transport Scheme system that received a ticket and/or leap card to use the 343 route from Shannon, Newmarket-On-Fergus and Cratloe Monday to Friday to access their post-primary school. 5. Please provide information on the number of buses and seats per bus are provided to the route 343 serving Sixmilebridge, Newmarket-On-Fergus and Cratloe, between the hours of 07:30 to 08:45 and 15:00 to 16:30 6. We are requesting a copy of the meeting minutes from the 15 'Working Group' meetings held between members of Department of Education, Bus Eireann, Department of Transport and National Transport Authority, from 16th August 2023 onwards, as part of the School Transport 2030 Review. 7. Please provide a copy of Bus Eireann and National Transport Authority internal design procedures, H&S procedures, approval procedures when adding an additional bus stop to an existing route and when adding additional buses to an existing route.
