I refer to the recent decisions by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Marine to re-allocate foreshore aquaculture licenses for the bottom culture of mussels in Wexford Harbour under Section 7 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1997 (as amended) (the "Decisions"). Details of the Decisions were published in Iris Oifigiúil Number 76 of 2019, dated 20 September 2019, and in the Wexford People dated 17 September 2019.I wish to request access to the following records relating to the Decisions which I believe to be held by the National Parks and Wildlife Services (the NPWS).All submissions made to the NPWS to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine ( "Department") regarding the Decisions;All Documents, analyses, assessments and evaluations regarding the Decisions which are in the possession of the NPWS; andAll correspondence between the NPWS and the Department regarding the Decisions.
