I am making a request under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 for access to the following records: 1. All communications between Minister Patrick O’Donovan and other government ministers in relation to flood management, flood relief schemes and the Land Use Review since January 1 2023. All communications between senior officials on behalf of Minister Patrick O’Donovan or the Office of Public Works and other government ministers in relation to flood management, flood relief schemes and the Land Use Review since January 1 2023. Records are to include letters, emails, text messages and all other forms of correspondence. 2. Details of the facilities and materials currently in place to store, fill and deliver sandbags to properties and infrastructure at risk of flooding around the country. 3. Details of the current availability of flat-bottomed boats for use in reaching and moving people and equipment at times of flooding around the country.
