I refer to the Mobile Phone and Broadband Taskforce (MP&BT) Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request the following 1. Minutes of the taskforce meetings held to date in 2023 including attendees and referenced documents. 2. Records of scheduled or provisional dates for further meetings in 2023 3. The scoping document provided to planning advisors in Housing (DHLGH) in support of Action 4 and the review of that record by Housing. 4. Records of the role for broadband officers agreed between DRCD and CCMA under Action 5. Records of results of analysis supplied by ASAI to MP&BT under Action 10 6. Presentations made to broadband officers (Telecommunications Action Group) on 27/01/2023 and 31/03/2023 by industry representatives under Action 14 7. Minutes/records from the meetings of 27/01/2023, 31/03/2023 and 6/07/2023 and any other date in support of Action 14 8. Minutes/records from meetings with Joint Utility Local Authority User Group referencing work or engagement carried out in support of the MP&BT work program.
