Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request all records relating to the introduction of an exemption in respect of certain expenses of State Examinations Commission examiners (07-01-37) as part of the Finance Act 2015. The records should include any communications and/or correspondence including e-mails and any attachments from the State Examinations Commission, the Department of Education and any teaching unions.
