National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA)

1) The amount that NAMA spent on purchasing work related mobile phones in the years 2015, 2016 and to-date in 2017; Also the number of mobile phones that were purchased in each of those years 2) During the years mentioned the job title of staff members that were issued with work related mobile phones 3) If during the years 2015, 2016 and to-date in 2017 did NAMA put out a public tender for the contract to supply work related mobile phones; if so the name of company that was awarded the contract eg Vodafone etc and the date when the current contract with that mobile phone company is due to expiry eg 30 September 2017 etc 4) The number of companies that applied in the years mentioned above for the contract of supplying work related mobile phones but were unsuccessful 5) During those years were any staff member of NAMA up and including CEO ever issued with more than 1 work related mobile phone at any one occasion; if so who was that staff member, and reason why that staff member were issued with more than 1 mobile phone 6) During those years did NAMA ever request a meeting with that mobile phone company to discuss that NAMA were getting best value for the taxpayer; if such a meeting existed could you supply me a copy of the minutes of such meeting 7) If no meeting took place did NAMA just accept the first offer from that mobile phone company regarding the pricing structure that were being charged for the issuing of the phones.
