We are seeking access to/copies of documents held by the Housing Services Division and/or Emergency Accommodation Team and/or Homeless Prevention Services Team referring to the Dunkerrin Arms Hotel from 30 Augugt 2019 to 31 May 2024 in particular and specifically: 1. All communications between Tipperary County Council and any individual or entity acting on behalf of the Dunkerrin Arms Hotel where such communications refer to Dunkerrin Arms Hotel as an emergency or short term accommodation venue (or equivalent) for asylum seekers and/or homeless people. 2. All communications between Tipperary County Council and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, any approved Housing Board or any other government department relating or referring to Dunkerrin Arms Hotel as an emergency or short term accommodation venue (or equivalent) for asylum seekers and/or homeless people. 3. All internal Tipperary County Council communications or records (including any relevant extracts from logs or regigters) which refer to the Dunkerrin Arms Hotel as an as an emergency or short term accommodation venue (or equivalent) for asylum seekers and/or homeless people. ​4. All contract documents and records of assessments or inspections of Dunkerrin Arms Hotel by Tipperary County Council (or other parties on behalf of Tipperary County Council) in respect of its use (actual or proposed) as an emergency or short term accommodation venue (or equivalent) for asylum seekers and/or homeless people.
