In relation to all meat plants and animal food processing/manufacturing plants within the Republic of Ireland you might let us know from the dates the 15t of January 2010 up to the present date whether any of these plants or factories were served with a Closure Notice on the grounds of any containments found on the premises or any materials stored thereon. We do not want the names and addresses of the plants just the number and the number of such notices served. Also in relation to the same let us have the number of plants served with closure notice on the sole grounds of they having problems in failing to maintain proper or acceptable standards of Traceability Records as found by your Department.
