Under the Freedom of Information Acts, I wish to request access to the following records - a copy of the current (November 2023) template document used for submissions to the department’s / body’s management board / committee, or to any other internal governance body and a copy of any instruction or guidance issued since February 2020 to modify submissions to the management board / committee (specifically seeking inclusion or omission of consideration of issues related to Covid19 in submissions - I do not need access to any other changes e.g., for financial controls, or governance changes, or HR issues). I request access to these records in their original form, and that they be sent by email, please. I am not seeking any submissions to the management body - I am looking for (i) the template document from which submissions are created, and (ii) instructions to modify that template or submissions for Covid-related issues.
