Please provide evidence (records held by CCC) as to who or what corporate or legal entity provides the electricity this unit provides and further evidence as to who or what corporate or legal entity covers the ongoing energy cost. 3. Please provide evidence (records held by CCC), if known, regarding who or what entity provides the public liability insurance for this EV unit. 4. Please provide documentation how the purchase and installation of the above EV charger came about or how it was financed in any way even though a cash grant, any form of loan, subsidy, credit of any kind or other financial instrument et al. 5. Please provide evidence (records held by CCC) as to why this unit was installed and who made the initial suggestion to the CCC?
