Given the introduction of the Clancy amendment in recent legislation, it is imperative that your department analyses the driving history, rate of accidents, insurance claims, number of points, disqualifications, etc etc that these unqualified drivers have given rise to. If such a study has not been undertaken already, you must initiate such a study. And I wish to have the results of this study under the freedom of information act, if it is not made public.
