All correspondence between the former Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Brendan Howlin TD., and/or the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform with the Law Society of Ireland in relation to the determination made by the former Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform on 21 April 2016 pursuant to section 6(7) of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 determining that the Law Society of Ireland is not a public body for the purpose of the said Act and therefore not amenable to freedom of information requests generally; and All correspondence between the former Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Brendan Howlin TD., and/or the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform with the Information Commissioner Peter Tyndall and/or the Office of the Information Commissioner in relation to the determination made by the former Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform on 21 April 2016 pursuant to section 6(7) of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 determining that the Law Society of Ireland is not a public body for the purpose of the said Act and therefore not amenable to freedom of information requests generally.
