Request relates to records concerning members of the Governing Body:  A list of all members of the Governing Body and the name of the body which nominated them to the board;  All payments (individual details of the salaries, expenses and allowances paid to each named individual member) to include salaries, expenses, mileage, subsistence and allowances paid to members of the board for the following time periods: January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.  A list of all conferences approved for attendance by members of the Governing Body between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018;  A list of members of the Governing Body who attended these conferences;  A list of all international travel authorized for members between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018;  A list of members who travelled on these board trips;  A list of external bodies on which the Governing Body was formally represented by members between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018;  A list of members who represented the colleges on each of these external bodies between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018.
