Department of Children, Disability and Equality Copies of all correspondence to and from the owners and/or agent(s) acting on behalf of the owners and operators of a property and officials in the IPPS division of the department from 01/01/2024 to 30/05/2024 in respect of offers the establishment made to that section of the department for the proposed accommodation of IPAS applicants. Internal departmental correspondence relating to the property and exchanges relating to the property with the section that deals with the International Protection Procurement Service (IPPS). 1. Copies of all correspondence (emails, letters, notes of phone calls) to and from the owners and/or agent(s) acting on behalf of the owners and operators of the property and officials in the IPPS section of the department from 01/01/2024 to 30/05/2024 covering, but not limited to; - Offers of the property as accommodation for international protection applicants. - Copies of all appraisals and appraisals documents in the possession of the department relating to the department's assessment of the property as an accommodation centre for international protection applicants. - Copies of any drafts and the final letter from the department to the owners/operators of the property advising them of the reasons their application to accommodate IP applicants was rejected. - Copies of any subsequent correspondence with the owners/operators of the property, following the decision to reject their initial proposal to accommodate IP applicants at the establishment. 2. Copies of any correspondence between the department and Louth County Council on the issue of the potential use of the property by the IPPS section between 01/01/2024 to 30/05/2024.
