• Any correspondence or minutes of any meetings with XXX XXX XXX, Monaghan County Council, XXX and/or • the EPA in relation to alleged or confirmed use of falsified or altered records related to the movement and/or landspreading of duck slurry/litter from duck farms in Monaghan or Cavan • Any correspondence or minutes of any meetings with XXX XXX XXX, Monaghan County Council, Teagasc and/or • the EPA in relation to alleged or confirmed dumping of duck slurry/litter in water sources (lakes, rivers, streams, etc) in Co Monaghan • Any reports, photographic evidence, investigative reports and/or site inspection reports in relation to alleged • or confirmed use of falsified or altered records related to the movement and/or landspreading of duck slurry/litter from duck farms in Monaghan or Cavan • Any reports, photographic evidence, investigative reports and/or site inspection reports in relation to alleged • or confirmed dumping of duck slurry/litter in water sources (lakes, rivers, streams, etc) in Co Monaghan • Any briefing documents prepared for Ministerial level to either of the two above referenced issues.
