Seeking records including information of the following regarding the Return Scheme: Records containing information as to the number of vehicles used by the Return Scheme to collect the recyclable waste across the country. The number of hours each day each vehicle is on the road. And whether these vehicles are electric (if so how are they charged?), petrol, diesel or hybrid vehicles. Can records also be sought showing communications as to where the money that is not collected by the public will go. These records would have been collected over the preceding 3 years.
