I am seeking information relating to the sale of the former Bord na Móna plant at Littleton, Co Tipperary, to Sabrina Integrated Services. Bord na Móna entered into a partnership with this company to recycle plastics at the facility. I request:  All notes, records and documents concerning the partnership between Sabrina Integrated Services and Bord na Móna, including details of how the partnership operated.  The sale price of the Littleton plant, its market value at the time of sale, details of the transaction, and all reports or documents concerning the intended use of the property after the change of ownership in late 2020.  Any information on whether funds from the Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) were used in the transaction.  Copies of all notes, emails and records of representations from elected politicians to the Department or Bord na Móna concerning the use of the facility, both prior to the partnership with Sabrina Integrated Services and in relation to the subsequent sale.
