Keith McDonagh haulage Ltd has a hino 4×2 tipper truck hired to Galway City Council Roads Section, under the supervision of foreman Tom Connell. I am looking to acquire documents of the length of contract and the length of service he will provide to Galway City Council from last tender. I am also looking for risk assessment sheets from January 2020 to present.
