Could you please inform me what individuals/ organisations wereinvolved in drafting the leglislation that provided for the provisionof the Essential Driver Training Programme including 12 Driving Lessons in this country, SI reference No. 173 of 2011. The lessons became mandatory on 4th April,2011, so I guess it was just before that time that the law took effect.I would just like to know under freedom of information please who the individuals were, and which organisations were they from, that wereinvolved in drafting/writing the actual law on this programme.
