Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking a copy of a record/database/spreadsheet/inventory of the following: - cost to the OPW of damage to civilian vehicles as a result of accidents involving OPW vehicles in 2021. - cost to the OPW of damage and repair to OPW vehicles in 2021. - cost to the OPW of damage, damage beyond repair, or loss of equipment/inventory in 2021 to include a list of items/equipment that were damaged/damaged beyond repair/or lost.
