Request for records, reports, or correspondence held by the Department or by the First Home Scheme DAC relating to the methodology used to determine and review county property price ceilings under the First Home Scheme, specifically: 1. Any documents, presentations, or internal memoranda that explain how the DAC determines or applies a buffer or margin above the median sale price of new-build properties purchased by first-time buyers when setting the ceiling for each local authority area. 2. Any guidance, policy notes, or instructions provided to or by the DAC in connection with the July 2025 and December 2025 price ceiling reviews. 3. Any data tables or analyses that show the median sale prices (new-build FTBs) used for County Meath in those reviews.
