Any correspondence between the Data Protection Commissioner and the Minister for Justice or senior figures (from the level of Assistant Secretary up) in the Department of Justice concerning the budget and resources of the Data Protection Commissioner and the pace of decision-making on fines that has been sent since the start of this year, 1 January 2021.
