I am submitting an FOI request under the Act for records in relation to either 1. The nomination of the Minister and department of Mr Michael Flaherty as a Council of Europe Human Rights Commissioner or 2. Endorsement of Mr Flaherty by the Minister as a Council of Europe Human Rights Commissioner if the Minister is not the nominating body. I would like the records to include copies of any communications between Mr O Flaherty and the Minister and department.
