All Information and records in whatever form held (including with particularity, but not limited to, all records, notes, memos, emails, minutes of meetings, correspondence etc.) by and within the Department of Justice and also the Departments including the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and with the Ministers and any other parties (including Third Parties) in relation to the application of Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (FEMPI) to Coroners in the State from 01 January 2016 to 31 December 2019 Inclusive.
