For each instance of non-compliance can you, at the minimum, include i) The date/month it occurred ii) The species affected iii) The slaughter stage at which it occurred eg handling/stunning etc iii) The nature of the non-compliance iv) The severity of the non-compliance v) Any enforcement action taken
