Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 Please can you furnish us with records held by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment in relation to the design, development, testing, and compliance assessment of the Employment Permits Online System (EPOS) portal, specifically in relation to digital accessibility standards and the Department’s obligations under S.I. No. 358/2020 (European Union (Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies) Regulations 2020); including but not limited to the Accessibility Statement published or drafted for EPOS in accordance with S.I. No. 358/2020.
