Copies of all explanatory notes and memos furnished to the Department of Finance by the Special Liquidators, their advisors or any other parties consulted by the Department or the Special Liquidators as to the nature and status of credit claims submitted in the liquidation process of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited.
