All records relating to the maintenance of the river Liffey in the stretch between Chapelizod and Heuston Station. This request is for all records including all written material, printed material, electronic material, surveys, reports, agendas, minutes, correspondence, emails including all emails cc’d, blind copied and all email threads and attachments, text or WhatsApp or msm messages, zoom or teams, images, photographs, videos, drone footage, logs, worksheets, contracts, quotations, tenders, invoices, receipts and records of work done regarding tree felling, the cutting of fallen trees and the removal of tree stumps, cut wood, debris, litter, cables, wires, and other hazards for the period 01 January 2020 to date (30 January 2022). The records requested include all Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications records whether created by DECC its consultants, advisors or contractors including records of all communications howsoever described with those persons or other bodies, Agencies or Departments. The records will include the work done, by whom it was undertaken, whether undertaken by the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications or contracted third parties, the dates in 2020,2021 and 2022 (to date) upon which this work was undertaken, the names of the third party contractors paid to undertake this work, the names of any consultants or advisors retained contracted or consulted with respect to this stretch of river and an account of all sums paid with respect to same.
