A copy of the Government statement referred to in paragraph 5 of the Government Press Release which was kindly sent to me by the Department of Justice Press Office on 26 August last after I requested it. Paragraph 5 of the Press Release Statement states the following: "In coming to his opinion the Attorney General took account of a number of factors (which have been detailed in a full Government Statement which is being issued separately.").
