From the result of the first two queries: - What were the outcomes of any civil proceedings i.e. did the HSE or the South/South West Hospital Group successfully defend itself and, if not, what costs were incurred as a result of: - judgements made against the HSE or South/South West Hospital Group - legal costs incurred by the HSE or South/South West Hospital Group 4. The number of HSE staff (based in the South/South West Hospital Group) who successfully took civil action against the HSE or the South/South West Hospital Group and are still employed by the HSE.
