Our Clients reside at Y, Co. Galway. Over the Christmas period we are instructed that an announcement was made of €2 million in funding for proposed Social Housing Development Our Clients instruct us that they have no knowledge of this proposed development notwithstanding that it was stated to be for Y, nor were they consulted in relation to same nor, we are instructed was any planning application made to their knowledge in relation to any such proposed development, copies of all correspondence, drawings, technical reports, emails and all documentation on Galway County Council’s files which relate to the development of this site since it was zoned for residential development purposes in 2006 in the Local Area Development Plan which plan, our clients understand, expired in 2012 and no fresh Development Plan has been put in place since to their knowledge.
