Records relating to the number of people who have been contacted, fined or charged by the Department of Justice and Equality in relation to working while in direct provision each year in the years 2015-2019. Records relating to the number of individuals in receipt of direct provision payments who have taken up employment between the beginning of June 2018 - when asylum seekers were granted permission to work in Ireland provided they pass certain criteria - and the end of May 2020.
