- A copy of any records held referring or relating to any hazard posed to the public, trainers, riders, or horses arising from heavy fog during the Leopardstown Christmas festival. - A copy of any health and safety assessments or audits carried out (whether formal or informal) arising from the above. - A copy of any complaints received by HRI or Leopardstown Racecourse with regard to visibility or safety issues arising from heavy fog during the meeting.
