1. Copies of all policy papers, submissions, research papers, and consultation papers, and like documentation, in respect of the research for, introduction of, and review of, the Scheme in relation to Non EEA Family Members of UK Citizens intending to reside in the State. 2. Copies of all ISD decision-maker guidance/guidelines in respect of applying the Scheme. 3. Copies of internal emails and correspondence of the Department of Justice related to the research and implementation of the Scheme. 4. Copies of records of all statistics concerning the application of the Scheme. Please provide a break-down in respect of the above for each year the Guidelines have been in place and by type of application and decision of such application.
