Any costings or expenditure analysis, studies / research papers undertaken or received by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform in relation to the below two programmes and; • Written correspondence from staff/officials including the Minister of Public Expenditure and Reform (including email, handwritten, WhatsApp, signal messaging app etc) in relation to the below two programmes: 1) The Justice Plan 2021 and specifically the plan to regularise up to 17,000 illegal immigrants 2) A White Paper to End Direct Provision and Establish a New International Protection Service
