What I am looking for is as follows: summary statistics a. What is the number of patients >75 years of age who had a tracheotomy/tracheostomy operation in the last 12 months? b. For the patients in question a) what facility were they transferred to when they left the hospital? c. What number of these patients above, had successful reversal of the tracheotomy following 1 month of being on ventilator?
